¶ Costume Effect Stones
Costume Effect Stones add a purely visual aura or animation to a costume.
They provide no character stats and are separate from stat enchants.
The Costume Effect Enchants NPC is located at the Main Office's (@go 15) Fashion Room

Walk north, then west.
The costume must be equipped in the Costume Top, Mid, Low, or Garment slot.

¶ Using Costume Effect Stones
Use the Add/Remove Effect Stone options at the NPC to manage the costume's 4th card slot.
¶ Applying
- Equip the costume and select Add Effect Stone.
- Select the equipped costume, then the Effect Stone from your inventory.
- Confirm.
The enchant always succeeds, is free, and preserves refine level and the first 3 card slots; the costume is re-equipped automatically afterwards.
Adding a new Effect Stone to a costume that already has one returns the previous Effect Stone to you.
¶ Removing
Remove Effect Stone clears the 4th slot and returns the Effect Stone.

The NPC also sells Costume Effect Stone Boxes for 
Divine Stone (1000438)
Each box grants one random effect stone, with all effects equally likely (10% each).

¶ Marriage Cosmetic Effects
When a married couple stands next to each other (adjacent tiles), with your wedding ring equipped, a cute heart effect appears over both partners, showing your love for everyone nearby.
The effect only appears while you stand close to your partner- wander apart, and the hearts fade away 🤍 Reunite with your sweetheart to see those hearts flutter again! 🕊️
