Overview
The Circulation of Life Accessories are four seasonal accessories enchanted through a two-slot system. Slot 3 always receives a fixed perfect enchant, while Slot 2 is rolled randomly from a pool that includes both combat enchants and upgradeable Signet enchants.

How to Enchant
💡 Tip: NPC location to be confirmed. All four Signets share the same enchant pool and costs.
Slot 3 must be enchanted before Slot 2 becomes available. Slot 3 always gives the same fixed enchant at 100% success. Slot 2 is a random roll from a shared pool.
