Marriage is a special system in Ragnarok Online that allows two characters to become partners, gaining access to unique skills and the ability to adopt a Baby class character.

Marriage provides:

Requirements
To get married, both characters must meet these requirements:

Getting Married
Step 1: Obtain Wedding Rings
Purchase Wedding Rings from the Marriage NPC. Both partners need rings.
Step 2: Find the Wedding NPC
The Wedding Official is located in:
- Prontera Church (prt_church 99, 97)
- Other locations may be available through
@go main
Step 3: The Ceremony
- Both partners talk to the Wedding NPC
- One partner initiates the marriage proposal
- The other partner accepts
- Pay the marriage fee
- Exchange rings
- You're now married!

Married couples gain access to special skills:
Summon Partner

Adoption

Adoption Process
- Both parents and the Baby go to the Adoption NPC

- Confirm the divorce
- Marriage is annulled
Divorce Consequences
- Partner skills are removed
- Wedding rings may be consumed or returned
- Adoption is NOT automatically dissolved
- May have a cooldown before remarrying
