Overview

The Stardust Crown and Sky Rune Crown headgears share an identical enchantment system. Only Slot 3 can be enchanted β€” Slots 1 and 2 are not part of this system.

The system is perfect-select only β€” there is no random enchanting. You choose your Jewel type at placement and upgrade it through three levels.
