    • Welcome to HymnRO: Requiem of Dreams! This guide will walk you through everything you need to start your adventure.

    Create Your Master Account

    HymnRO uses a Master Account system. Instead of creating separate accounts for each character, you register once and manage all your game accounts from a single login.

    How It Works

    1. Create Master Account — Register with your email and password. This is your main account.
    2. Game Accounts — Your first game account is automatically created. You can create additional game accounts from your account panel.
    3. Ready to Play — Launch the patcher, log in with your master account details, select a game account, and play!

    Registration Steps

    1. Visit the registration page
    2. Enter your email address — This will be your login credential
    3. Create a password that meets the following requirements:
      • 8 to 31 characters
      • At least 1 uppercase letter
      • At least 1 lowercase letter
      • At least 1 number
    4. Enter your birthdate — Used for account recovery
    5. Read and agree to the Terms of Service
    6. Click Create Master Account
    7. Verify your email — You must verify your email address before you can log in

    ℹ️ Note: You are permitted to have only one Master Account. Your first game account is created automatically upon registration.

    Managing Game Accounts

    From your account panel, you can:

    • Create additional game accounts
    • Rename existing game accounts

    ⚠️ Warning: you cannot be restored rename your Game Account while being logged in.

    Download & Installation

    ℹ️ Note: Linux Users: The HymnRO Patcher is currently Windows-only due to its WebView2 dependency. Linux compatibility is being considered for future development.

    Installation Steps

    1. Download the zip file from the downloads page
    2. Extract the contents to your desired location
    3. Run HymnRO Patcher
    4. First Launch: Click on SETUP to configure your resolution settings before playing
    5. Log in with your Master Account details (email and password)
    6. Select your desired Game Account, then click Play to launch the Game Client
    7. Select your character and begin playing!

    ❗ Important: If this is your first time launching the game, you must open Setup to configure your resolution settings before launching the client.

    Your First Steps In-Game

    When you create a new character and log in for the first time, you will appear in a custom tutorial area. This area will help you get familiar with the basics of the game before venturing out into the world.

    Starting Bonuses

    New characters receive the following to help them get started:

    Each game account can have up to 15 characters.
